Refund policy

At Likha Collectives, your satisfaction is important to us. Every piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Return Instructions

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

The full product amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), shipping charges will also be refunded.
If the return is for any other approved reason, original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
